Position Overview:
The Sales Manager – HVAC will be responsible for driving business growth across corporate, institutional, and trade segments within Oman. The role entails managing the complete sales cycle — from business development and client relationship management to achieving revenue and profitability targets. The incumbent will lead the sales strategy for HVAC products and solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Management
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and trade customers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share in the HVAC segment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and profitability guidelines.
2. Market & Product Strategy
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Recommend new products, solutions, and marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the HVAC domain.
- Work closely with the technical and service teams to ensure proper project execution and customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Operations & Performance Management
- Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales staff and ensure effective performance tracking.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit control policies.
4. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and market updates to enhance team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance, and service) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in HVAC sales within the GCC, preferably in Oman.
- Proven track record in managing corporate, institutional, and trade sales with strong market connections.
- Experience in handling major brands and products within HVAC (chillers, VRF systems, ducted units, air handling units, etc.).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and technical solutions.
- Ability to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid GCC driving license preferred.

Pay: RO1,200.000 - RO1,500.000 per month
