Job Title: Land Surveyor – Residential Villas Projects and Landscaping

Position Summary

We are looking for a qualified Land Surveyor with at least 3 years of experience in Dubai to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in surveying equipment and software, and hold a CAD diploma. Experience working with residential projects in Dubai is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate land surveys and field measurements on residential construction sites.
• Operate and manage Total Station, GPS, and related surveying equipment.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, site layouts, and CAD drawings.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to provide accurate site data and levels.
• Interpret construction plans and verify alignment, elevation, and dimensions.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure all survey activities comply with local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Land Surveying or CAD
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of land surveying experience in Dubai (residential sector preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and survey software
• Skilled in Total Station, GPS, scanners, and data collectors
• Strong understanding of Dubai construction practices and sequencing
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
