Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Plastic Molding)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic molding machines (injection molding, blow molding, injection stretch blow molding (PET Molding), thermoforming, extrusion.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Maintain utilities such as compressors, chillers, and cooling systems.
• Monitor spare parts and coordinate with stores/purchase for timely availability.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Support production team to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance of plastic molding machines.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC basics, and utilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per hour
