About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Solution Architect with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Procurement & Financials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end Oracle ERP solutions, leading implementations, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and Oracle best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Oracle ERP solutions across Procurement and Finance domains.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge in Oracle Procurement Cloud modules such as Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, and iSupplier Portal.
- Possess a solid understanding of customizations, including reports, OAF extensions, and Oracle Mobile applications.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Procurement modules, standard Oracle processes, and system integrations.
- Have in-depth product expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Project modules (Costing, Accounting, Billing).
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and perform Fit-Gap Analysis and process design sessions.
- Participate in 4–5 full lifecycle Oracle implementations or rollouts.
- Perform functional evaluations and detailed analyses to identify process improvements and deliver scalable, best-fit solutions.
- Define and document functional solution designs, manage application setups, and oversee testing and validation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and support CEMLI components (Customizations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, Integrations).
- Ensure proper documentation of functional and technical design specifications and unit test cases.
- Participate in testing cycles to confirm that the solution performs as expected.
- Apply industry best practices in solution design and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with offshore teams and other IT departments to ensure seamless delivery.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Procurement & Financials.
- Strong expertise in Procurement and Finance modules, including integrations and configurations.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing.
- Understanding of CEMLI components and ability to manage customization projects.
- Proven experience in implementation and rollout projects (4–5 full cycles).
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global and offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Mobile Apps or integration services.
- Knowledge of Oracle best practices and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead solution workshops.
