Timings: Night Shift (09:00 pm to 06:00 am)

What You Will Do:

• Build, lead and manage the SEO team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve top search rankings.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve website visibility.
• Oversee keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze website performance using advanced SEO tools and analytics, making data-driven decisions to optimize our digital presence.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices across all channels.
• Monitor industry trends and algorithm changes to keep Nexion Corp at the forefront of SEO advancements.
• Report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Who We Are Looking For:

• An SEO expert with at least 2 years of experience, including leading an SEO team.
• Proven track record of successfully managing SEO campaigns and improving organic search rankings.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and the ability to analyze complex data.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating SEO strategies and results to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt to changes quickly.
