JOB VACANCY – HVAC & REFRIGERATION SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Supervisor to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration
• Strong experience in central air conditioning systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU)
• Experience in split AC systems
• Proven experience in cold rooms and refrigeration/freezer systems
• Strong background in installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance
• Ability to prepare, manage, and follow preventive maintenance schedules
• Experience supervising technicians and managing work teams
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills
• Excellent customer-handling and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices
• Leadership and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC and refrigeration installation and maintenance works
• Manage and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
• Lead and coordinate technicians on-site
• Communicate with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare technical reports and submit them to management
• Ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
