Joinery Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Joinery Draughtsman to produce detailed technical drawings and plans for custom joinery projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of woodworking principles, CAD software, and manufacturing processes to ensure designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create accurate detailed technical drawings and shop drawings, using CAD software.

- Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and client briefs to develop joinery designs that meet specifications.

- Collaborate with, project managers, and clients to refine designs and ensure feasibility.

- Produce material specifications, and assembly instructions.

- Ensure designs comply with building regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and on-site measurements.

- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Joinery Draughtsman, CAD Technician, or similar role in woodworking/joinery.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD

- Strong knowledge of joinery construction methods, materials, and manufacturing processes.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.

- Excellent attention to detail, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills for liaising with clients and workshop teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
