JOINERY FACTORY MANAGER

· Manage and evaluate entire production process.

· Organize production workflows to meet deadlines and monitor to resolve any occurring issues or potential delays.

· Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Ensuring production is cost effective.

· Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.

· Ensures that all production equipment’s are in operating condition.

· Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to health and safety.

· Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.

· Follow-up on all specification orders, communication between vendors.

· Monitor and evaluate performances of production and technical department personnel.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR19,000.00 per month
