Joinery Factory Manager

Position Title: Joinery Factory Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Joinery / Fit-Out / Interior Manufacturing

Reporting To: Operations Manager / General Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Joinery Factory Manager with at least 5+ years of experience in the UAE to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and woodworking, along with proven ability to manage teams, meet production deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the joinery production facility.

- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

- Supervise carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and other production staff.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams for smooth workflow.

- Maintain material control and ensure optimal use of resources.

- Monitor equipment and machinery usage; ensure proper maintenance is carried out.

- Enforce health and safety regulations in the factory.

- Implement continuous improvements in production efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a joinery/fit-out factory within the UAE.

- Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, joinery techniques, and finishing materials.

- Ability to read technical drawings, cutting lists, and BOQs.

- Experience managing a team of 10+ production staff.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.

- Knowledge of production planning tools or ERP systems preferred.

- Fluency in English and Hindi.

Preferred Candidate:

- Currently based in the UAE

- UAE driving license

- Available to join on short notice

- Salary: AED 10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
