Joinery Fit-Out Estimator with 3 year experience in UAE

• Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and project documents to understand project scope.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and fit-out works including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated material prices and lead times.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns for tender submissions.
• Conduct site visits when required to assess work conditions and provide accurate cost assessments.
• Evaluate variations, change orders, and provide updated cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and production teams during tendering and project execution.
• Ensure that estimates comply with company standards, project requirements, and client expectations.
• Maintain pricing databases and vendor lists for joinery and fit-out materials.
• Assist in value engineering proposals to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
