Joinery Foreman

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Joinery Foreman who can join the team IMMEDIATELY to lead our workshop and site team in delivering high-quality joinery works for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will supervise daily operations, ensure production quality, and coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4 years of UAE experience in joinery or carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Sharjah based
• Should have a driving license
• Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication, materials, tools, and finishing methods
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in residential and commercial interior fit-out projects preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the joinery team in the workshop and/or project site
• Review shop drawings and allocate work accordingly
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications
• Monitor production schedules, material usage, and manpower efficiency
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other trades
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety standards are followed
• Solve technical issues on-site and provide guidance to team members
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress
