JOINERY FOREMAN

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman to lead and supervise our joinery team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in woodworking, furniture fabrication, and on-site installation, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate joinery projects from start to finish
• Ensure high-quality workmanship in all joinery and carpentry tasks
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment on-site and in the workshop
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers as required
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of joinery experience in Dubai
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of health and safety standards on construction sites
• Flexibility to work on-site as needed
