Joinery - Foreman (Installation) Should have Minimum 4 Years of experience in Joinery installation

The Joinery Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating joinery works both in the workshop and on-site. This includes managing carpenters, ensuring quality standards, meeting project timelines, and maintaining safety compliance for all interior fit-out joinery activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site & Workshop Supervision

  • Supervise daily joinery production and installation activities
  • Allocate tasks to carpenters and helpers based on priorities
  • Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution

2. Production Management

  • Plan and monitor joinery production schedules
  • Ensure efficient use of materials and minimize wastage
  • Coordinate with procurement for material requirements

3. Quality Control

  • Ensure all joinery work meets design specifications and quality standards
  • Conduct inspections before dispatch and after installation
  • Rectify defects and ensure proper finishing

4. Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate carpenters and workshop staff
  • Monitor productivity and discipline on-site and in the workshop

5. Coordination

  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and site engineers
  • Coordinate with other trades (MEP, civil, painting, etc.)

6. Health & Safety

  • Enforce safety procedures in workshop and site areas
  • Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and PPE

7. Installation Oversight

  • Supervise site installation of cabinets, wardrobes, doors, panels, and custom furniture
  • Ensure alignment, leveling, and finishing meet client expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or certification in Carpentry / Wood Technology (preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in joinery within interior fit-out companies
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory/foreman role

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
