Senior Finishing Carpenter

Job Description:
Empro Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Finishing Carpenter to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in high-quality finishing works and the ability to lead a team to deliver projects on time with excellent workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute finishing carpentry works including doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall paneling, and decorative elements
• Read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
• Supervise and guide carpenters and helpers on-site and in the workshop
• Ensure high standards of quality and finishing in all works
• Coordinate with site engineers and other trades
• Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient use of resources
• Complete assigned tasks within project timelines
• Follow all safety regulations and site requirements

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in finishing carpentry (UAE experience preferred)
• Experience in villa projects and interior fit-outs
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Ability to read drawings and execute work independently
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
