Carpenter Foreman/Site carpenter Foreman/ Site Incharge

• Supervise and lead carpenters and carpentry helpers on site.
• Plan and assign daily carpentry work to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ensure all carpentry works, including formwork, finishing, doors, frames, partitions, ceilings, and other timber works, are carried out accurately.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Site Foreman, and other trades to avoid work conflicts.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Monitor material usage and request additional materials when required.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safely.
• Enforce site safety rules and ensure workers wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and promote safe working practices.
• Report daily progress, manpower deployment, and any site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Identify and resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns when necessary.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the work area is clean and organised.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
