Joinery Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our joinery facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodwork production, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage workflow from raw materials to final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the joinery production team, ensuring work is completed on time and to high quality standards
• Coordinate daily production schedules and allocate tasks to carpenters, machine operators, and finishing teams
• Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and ensure accurate fabrication
• Monitor materials, stock levels, and production timelines
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, quality control, and company standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
• Liaise with project managers and site teams to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in joinery production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, machinery, and carpentry techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• UAE experience is an advantage
