Joinery Sales Executive – Interior & Fit-Out Projects (Female Preferred) | Dubai

A joinery and interior fit-out company in Dubai is looking for a Joinery Sales Executive to handle client inquiries, sales coordination, and project follow-ups for custom joinery and fit-out works.

This role suits a confident, organized, and client-facing professional with basic technical understanding of joinery materials and finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Meet clients and understand requirements for doors, wardrobes, kitchens, and custom furniture.
• Coordinate with design, production, and estimation teams for proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and client approvals.
• Maintain client records, follow-ups, and sales status.
• Assist in material and finish selection with clients.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or construction sales.
• Basic understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and workmanship.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in dealing with clients, designers, and contractors.
• Organized and follow-up oriented.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.

Preferred

• Female candidates preferred (client-facing role).
• Experience working with joinery or fit-out companies.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Compensation

• Basic salary + commission (attractive structure, based on experience).
• Performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
