Joinery Site engineer Site Installation Should have Minimum 4 Years of experience in Joinery section

The Joinery Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and managing on-site joinery and woodwork installations, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with factory production, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of joinery works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to joinery and woodwork installation
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved shop drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with the factory production team for timely delivery of joinery items
• Review and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and installation details
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with project schedules and deadlines
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Coordinate with other trades (MEP, civil, fit-out teams) to avoid conflicts
• Manage subcontractors and installation teams on site
• Ensure proper handling and installation of wooden elements (doors, cabinets, panels, furniture, etc.)
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project managers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in joinery, woodworks, or interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical details
• Experience working with manufacturing and production teams
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with site execution in UAE/GCC (preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other design tools is a plus

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
