Joinery Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Site Engineer to oversee and manage joinery works at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with production teams, and ensuring quality and timely completion of all joinery installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site joinery works (woodworks, furniture, cabinetry, fit-outs).
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure accurate execution of shop drawings and approved designs.
• Monitor project progress and report site activities to management.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance.
• Manage site labor, subcontractors, and materials effectively.
• Ensure all works are completed within the project timeline and budget.
• Identify and resolve site issues or technical challenges.
• Maintain HSE standards and ensure safe work practices on-site.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in joinery or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, installation techniques, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical plans.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
