Hiring: Joinery Supervisor (Full-Time – Dubai)

We are looking for a skilled Joinery Supervisor to oversee the production, installation, and finishing of high-quality custom joinery for luxury residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the joinery workshop and on-site installations.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate execution of drawings and details.
• Manage joinery carpenters, painters, and installers, ensuring productivity and quality control.
• Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and material requirements.
• Monitor production timelines, site readiness, and installation schedules.
• Inspect joinery works for precision, alignment, and finishing quality before dispatch and after installation.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, material specifications, and project deadlines.
• Coordinate with procurement for materials such as MDF, veneer, PU finishes, hardware, and accessories.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–7 years of joinery supervision experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MDF works, veneer application, PU painting, carpentry, and custom-made furniture.
• Ability to read shop drawings and identify technical issues.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Experience in luxury project standards is an added advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
