Joinery Supervisor, Joinery Foremen, Carpenter Foremen

We are a fit out company specializing in Shell & Core and interior projects, seeking an experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee all joinery works from production to installation. This includes managing quality, timelines, and coordination between workshop and Project & site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee joinery production and site installations as per drawings and timelines.
• Quality Control: Inspect works for precision, finish quality, and compliance.
• Coordination: Work closely with workshop teams, Site Supervisors, and Project managers.
• Material Management: Material List preparation or Cutting List Preparation, Knowledge of material procurement and ensure proper storage.
• Technical Guidance: Support joiners, Painters and carpenters, resolving site challenges promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain HSE standards in workshop and on-site.
• Documentation: Keep records of production schedules, inspections, and approvals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor in fitout or furniture manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
