Jr. Biomedical Engineer

• Responsible for conducting service and demonstration activities at customer sites and should be willing to travel as and when required.
• Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet product specifications.
• Proficiently use all test equipment related to the testing of assigned devices.
• Perform major repairs with accepted technical practices.
• Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff.
• Documents test results and equipment history.
• Travels for onsite repairs and installations.
• Provide effective, efficient technical support, assistance, and service to our customers professionally and courteously via inbound calling, online chat, support portals, and ticketing
• Upon completion of any work on site, the engineer is required to complete and submit all relevant reports, backups and signed documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Medical Equipment Industry: 4 years (Required)
• medical instruments: 4 years (Required)
