- Responsible for conducting service and demonstration activities at customer sites and should be willing to travel as and when required.
- Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet product specifications.
- Proficiently use all test equipment related to the testing of assigned devices.
- Perform major repairs with accepted technical practices.
- Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff.
- Documents test results and equipment history.
- Travels for onsite repairs and installations.
- Provide effective, efficient technical support, assistance, and service to our customers professionally and courteously via inbound calling, online chat, support portals, and ticketing
- Upon completion of any work on site, the engineer is required to complete and submit all relevant reports, backups and signed documentation.
