Job Description

Role Objective:

To provide analytical and reporting support to business operations, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze operational data (volumes, productivity, SLA adherence, quality, attrition).
Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards to support daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
Translate HMPO QA feedback and process rejections into actionable insights for operations.
Collaborate with Ops, WFM, and QA teams to identify root causes of delivery gaps.
Support special projects (automation, workflow transitions, cost optimization initiatives).
Document findings, SOPs, and insights in a structured manner.

Desired Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Proficiency in MS Excel/G-Sheet (pivot, lookup, formulas), PowerPoint/Google Slides and Looker Studio

Communication and presentation skills

Adaptability and curiosity to learn complex business processes

Qualification:

BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent with focus in Business / Analytics / Operations

Fresher or 0–1 year experience in business analysis / MIS reporting preferred
