Job Descriptions:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Participate in requirement discussions with business stakeholders and internal teams.
• Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and integrations.
• Understand system constraints, dependencies, and basic technical feasibility.

2. Research & Learning (R&D Support)

• Research new tools, technologies, and industry best practices under guidance.
• Assist in evaluating solution options and preparing comparison notes.
• Support POC activities and document findings.
• Work closely with development teams to understand different technical approaches.

3. Technical Understanding & Solution Support

• Gain understanding of API specifications, request/response formats, and integration flows.
• Assist in documenting system flows, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Support developers by clarifying functional requirements and use cases.
• Review technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.

4. Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams for requirement clarification.
• Participate in walkthroughs and review sessions to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Track and communicate changes or updates in requirements.

5. Functional Support & UAT

• Support QA team in validating test cases against requirements.
• Assist in defect analysis and coordinate fixes with development teams.
• Participate in UAT execution and help collect business feedback.
• Provide basic post-production support and assist in incident documentation.

6. Documentation & Process Support

• Maintain requirement documents, change logs, and meeting notes in Confluence or similar tools.
• Follow defined processes and support continuous documentation improvements.

Skills Required (1–2 Years)

• Basic to intermediate experience in requirement analysis and functional documentation.
• Understanding of API integrations, JSON/XML formats, and backend workflows.
• Hands-on exposure to tools such as Confluence, Postman, Swagger, Figma, and basic SQL.
• Ability to read architecture diagrams and understand databases and cloud concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹402,943.96 - ₹915,908.52 per year
