The Junior Operations Analyst supports operational and strategic decisions through the collection, analysis, and communication of information to key decision-makers. This role primarily focuses on the Financial Aid department, collaborating with the Business Intelligence team and the Contact Center to expand data management and distribution. The analyst will be responsible for mapping out new reports, maintaining dashboards, and identifying data-driven call campaigns to improve departmental efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Aid Reporting & Mapping: Work with stakeholders to identify Financial Aid information needs and develop corresponding reports and/or dashboards.
Dashboard Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain automated methodologies for efficient Financial Aid analysis and reporting.
Call Campaign Analysis: Analyze data to recommend and implement call campaigns that create efficiencies and streamline processes within the Contact Center.
Data Integrity: Review Financial Aid reports for accuracy and identify necessary changes resulting from system updates or organizational changes.
Stakeholder Support: Serve as a resource to report users in answering questions and
