We’re looking for a Junior Designer with strong graphic design fundamentals, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for creativity and culture to join our Global Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer ready to grow their career while working on a wide range of brand and campaign work.
Reporting to the Global Brand Creative Director, you’ll support the development of integrated campaigns, brand storytelling, social and digital content, in-store materials, and more. You'll collaborate closely with creatives and cross-functional teams to bring the Pizza Hut brand to life through compelling and on-brand design.
Key Responsibilities

Support the design and execution of creative assets across digital, social, print, in-store, and other brand touchpoints.

Collaborate with senior creatives to develop brand and campaign visuals that are aligned with strategic goals.

Translate creative concepts into polished visual executions under guidance from art directors and creative leads.

Stay on top of cultural trends and platform best practices to bring fresh thinking to everyday work.

Prepare production-ready files and work with vendors or production partners as needed.

Help maintain and evolve brand systems and templates for global consistency.

Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and team critiques.

Communicate design choices clearly and thoughtfully within the team.

Manage time effectively across multiple projects and deadlines with support from project leads.

Continuously grow your design skills and technical knowledge through hands-on work and team mentorship.
Required Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related field, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a brand or agency setting.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across formats (digital, social, print, etc.).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of After Effects.

Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint is a must.

Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.

Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality work.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.

Open to feedback, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a global brand environment.

Familiarity with production processes and file prep for print and digital assets.

Salary Range:
$63,300 to $66,960 annually + bonus eligibility.
This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
