Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Display Ads, PPC).
- Manage and optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and implement strategies to improve website ranking.
- Drive lead generation through targeted digital strategies.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
- Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and grow online community presence.
- Track trends, hashtags, and develop viral-ready campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to deliver impactful posts.
Public Relations (PR)
- Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and PR content to promote the brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and bloggers.
- Support events, product launches, and campaigns with PR coverage.
- Manage brand reputation, monitor media mentions, and handle crisis communication if required.
- Align PR strategies with digital marketing initiatives to ensure consistent communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and PR.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva/Photoshop.
- Creative, analytical, and up to date with digital and PR trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
