Job Summary
We are hiring a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage paid ads, SEO, social media, and overall digital marketing performance for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage social media content, posting, engagement, and growth
- Execute SEO activities (keyword research, on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
- Track campaign performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions)
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and videos
- Manage website updates and landing pages
- Communicate with clients and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Cost per Lead (CPL) optimization
- Month-on-month lead growth
- SEO ranking improvement
- Social media engagement and growth
- Overall campaign ROI
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics & Search Console
- Experience with Canva, Recurpost, and marketing tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and campaign management ability
Compensation & Growth
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses
