Position Title: Jr. Electrical Engineer

Position Overview:

Loloah Alshaya General Trading & Contracting Company is looking for a motivated and technically capable Jr. Electrical Engineer to support the execution, supervision, and coordination of electrical works across construction and MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of electrical systems, site coordination, and technical documentation, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising electrical installation works including power, lighting, ELV, and low-current systems.
• Review electrical drawings and ensure work execution follows approved specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines on-site.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, and technical documentation.
• Support material inspections, quantity take-offs, and testing activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues during installation and commissioning stages.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Kuwait authority requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on electrical activities and site progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical construction or MEP projects.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, shop drawings, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic electrical design tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
• Familiarity with Kuwait electrical standards and regulations is preferred.
• Kuwait residency with transferable visa preferred.
• Kuwait Engineering Society active membership is required.

Pay: KD450.000 - KD600.000 per month
