Job Responsibilities:

  • Search for potential applicants using online apps, external consultants, etc. and ensure timely hire.
  • Coordinate with educational institutes for Mass recruitment.
  • Filter applicants based on Resumes.
  • Recruiting &hiring both white collar & blue collar employees
  • Coordinating Interview Rounds for candidates with different interviewees.
  • Mailing / Issuing of Offer Letters or Rejection Letters to candidates.
  • Handling of Interns / Apprentices in Gilard
  • New joining formalities.
  • Document Control and maintaining of records.
  • Planning for Retirement of employees
  • Inter departmental communication.
  • Act as coordinator for company events.
  • Data Entry in the software.
  • Taking Exit interviews of Employees and ensuring smooth employee transition
  • Working knowledge of compliances like ESI/PF/Gratuity/Bonus
  • Employee engagement activities

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Age: 22 to 27 Years
Experience: 0-1 Years

Skills Required:

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Hands-on Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Must have good Analytical Skills.
  • Knowledge on Report Writing.
  • Strong communication Skills including writing.

Salary: Best as per the candidature.
