Role Summary
Ensure the smooth operation of pharmaceutical production equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on time, minimizing downtime, and maintaining full compliance with GMP, safety, and company standards.
Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment according to schedule.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.

Apply process improvement tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis) to enhance efficiency and equipment reliability.

Prepare maintenance reports and monitor spare parts and inventory levels.

Maintain accurate documentation in CMMS and SAP while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Qualifications And Skills

Associate Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.

Experience 4-5 years of maintenance experience in pharmaceutical (Pharma) or FMCG industries.

Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues quickly.

Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Familiarity with CMMS/SAP systems is a plus.

Commitment to GMP and HSE standards, teamwork, and flexibility to work shifts or extended hours
