Candidate Profile

Technoshell designs and makes high precisions printing and packaging machines. Candidate will be responsible for the purchasing process, from obtaining quotes and negotiating prices to preparing purchase orders and conducting material inspections. The role requires a strong background in project purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP software, like Tally ERP, SAP, or similar. The successful candidate will also possess knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and be familiar with tools like 5S, Kaizen, RCA, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement. Candidate will have a technical understanding of project purchasing, particularly in electrical components, motors, pneumatic, electronics, and mechanical items. This role will require one to work in a team with electrical, mechanical and software teams to procure components for machines. Knowledge of Market to find out new products.

Required Skills

Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Technical understanding of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical components. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Technical Skills

He/ She should have good knowledge of all his job profile knowledge in purchasing, costing analysis, quotations, negotiation, ISO knowledge. Good in computer software operating, MS Office especially Excel, Tally ERP, SAP or any other ERP related software he/she has operated.

Soft Skills

High integrity and attention to detail. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and cost analysis abilities. Good command over English language, Soft Spoken. Knowledge of Stores and Logistics.
