Jr. Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to become part of our design team at the Lahore Head Office. This role is ideally suited for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who bring a strong creative flair and a passion for visual storytelling.

In this position, you will work with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and AI-based image generation tools to design impactful visuals that clearly express our brand’s message. As an integral contributor to the creative team, your focus will be on turning ideas into engaging graphics that support marketing campaigns and strengthen our brand identity.

This is a hands-on design role with no team management responsibilities, enabling you to fully invest in your creative output and skill development. The position begins with a six-month trainee program, with the possibility of a permanent role based on performance.

Graduates from BNU, NCA, and PUCAD will be given strong preference for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to design visually engaging materials for both digital and print platforms.
• Conceptualize and deliver creative designs for a wide range of projects, including social media content, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
• Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to craft professional-quality graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Translate ideas and information into compelling visual stories by applying core design principles and creative techniques.
• Integrate AI-powered image generation tools to add value to projects and improve efficiency in the design workflow.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously expand your creative expertise.
• Handle multiple design assignments at once, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual assets, reinforcing the overall brand identity.
• Actively seek feedback on your work, making necessary adjustments to ensure designs effectively meet project objectives.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
