Jr. Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Jr. Graphic Design to join our growing design and marketing team.
If you love creating visual content, have an eye for design detail, and want to gain hands-on experience in real-world projects — this opportunity is for you.

You’ll work closely with experienced designers and marketers, building your portfolio and learning how professional design workflows operate in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, web banners, flyers, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging visuals for websites, campaigns, and digital ads.
• Edit and retouch images or short videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Support the creative team with branding, mockups, and promotional visuals.
• Follow established brand guidelines to maintain design consistency.
• Brainstorm ideas for creative campaigns and bring fresh visual concepts to life.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout composition.
• Ability to create short UGC-style videos or promo edits.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to learn quickly.
• A graphic design course, final-year project, or previous freelance experience will be a plus.
• Must be available for on-site, full-time work (no remote or hybrid option).
