Jr. Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their design career who is eager to learn, grow, and work on a variety of digital and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating visual designs for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials

- Support senior designers in developing brand assets and creative concepts

- Design banners, posts, ads, brochures, and other digital/print creatives

- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements

- Make revisions based on feedback from stakeholders

- Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

- 0–1 years of experience in graphic design (internships count)

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

- Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively

- Strong attention to detail and creativity

Nice to Have

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

- Experience designing for social media platforms

- Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals or tools like Figma

- Portfolio showcasing design work (academic or professional)
