Job Title: Junior HR Assistant

Job Summary:

The Junior HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in HR and looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
  • Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support training and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team

Experience:

  • 0–1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers welcome)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
