Jr. Human Resources Business Partner-Operations

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced JR HR Business Partner to join our team at Hadımköy Plant . The ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to support our fast-paced Supply Chain operations.

Ingredients, that you bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Min. 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English
• Strong planning, organization, and result-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and a team player
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Responsible for the recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Plan and execute onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Provide support in the implementation of HR policies and procedure
• Taking active part in related HR projects
• Follow up & track training calendars for operations teams
• Collaborate on projects related to Supply Chain operations
• Coordinate internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities
• Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems (SuccessFactor is a plus)
