Senior Director of Operations Performance

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Director of Operations Performance . You will be responsible for quality hygiene environmental and occupational health & safety. This role requires a strategic leader who can elevate management systems oversee audits and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the integration of quality OHS environment and customer satisfaction systems across all group companies
• Standardize and improve processes aligned with ISO 17020 ISO 9001 ISO 22000 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and other standards
• Lead and oversee internal and external audits design corrective actions and ensure implementation
• Build digital data infrastructure and reporting models track performance and identify improvement areas
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations information security data protection and risk management policies
• Lead capability development programs and foster a culture of excellence across the organization
• Partner with COO to design and implement quality and safety projects aligned with company strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial or Management Engineering preferred). Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in quality and systems management in FMCG manufacturing retail or integrated services (factory experience is a strong asset)
• Hands on experience with quality management systems and digital reporting tools (ERP QDMS or similar)
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders
• Certifications and knowledge in ISO 9001 ISO 22000 ISO 14001 ISO 17020 BRC HACCP (lead auditor is a strong asset)
• Proven track record in system design corporate audits and process improvement in large scale organizations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with expertise in KPI tracking and process optimization
