Jr. IT Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. This role is critical to ensuring that product ideas, client requirements, and internal workflows are translated into clear, actionable, and scalable solutions.

You will work closely with founders, product managers, developers, designers, and clients to gather requirements, define workflows, document processes, and support delivery across multiple digital products and platforms.

This is not a passive documentation role — we need someone who asks the right questions, challenges assumptions, and thinks like a product owner.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders and clients
• Convert high-level ideas into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility assessments for new features and systems

Product & Solution Design

• Create process flows, wireframe-level logic, system workflows, and data mappings
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure business logic is accurately reflected
• Work with engineering teams to clarify requirements and remove ambiguities

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a single source of truth between business, tech, and external clients
• Lead requirement review sessions, sprint planning inputs, and clarification meetings
• Support demos, UAT sessions, and stakeholder sign-offs

Documentation & Delivery Support

• Prepare and maintain:
• BRDs / FRDs
• User stories & backlog items
• Process diagrams & workflows
• Release notes and change logs
• Assist QA teams by validating test scenarios against requirements
• Support post-launch analysis and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, SaaS, or digital products
• Strong understanding of:
• SDLC & Agile/Scrum methodologies
• User stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate non-technical business needs into technical clarity
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Design, Product)

Tools & Technical Exposure (Preferred)

• Documentation & collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Notion, ClickUp
• Diagramming & flows: Lucidchart, Draw.io, Miro, Figma (logic-level)
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations (high-level)
• Experience with AI-driven, SaaS, or platform-based products is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
