Jr. Maintenance Coordinator

Objective:

Lead the maintenance team in and external maintenance providers in the safe, proactive and cost-efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. Assist Maintenance in performing tasks in a timely manner to support the efficient operations of the production process and maintain records to document processes and corrective action

Key Accountabilities:

• To ensure the improvement & functionality of Maintenance department into activities like repair, maintenance, and replacement installation
• Plan and delegate maintenance tasks, based on priority of work and available staffing and skills & Skill enhancement strategy for team.
• Coordinate maintenance activity with production schedules and coordinate maintenance scheduling with external suppliers and contractors
• Prepare work folders for the weekend and scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns, Preventive to predictive maintenance strategy.
• Manage maintenance budget and conduct cost analyses in conjunction with the TPM/PM
• Coordinate outside contractor projects/ Capex
• Maintenance System (MAXIMO) to allow maintenance technicians to have more control over work order process. Coordinator will oversee “closing” work orders out once maintenance techs have followed through (Maximo) process, Integrate Digitalization with Maximo & MMS System, MOS System
• Ensure necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available for maintenance projects
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely acquisition of maintenance parts. Manage parts inventory
• Guarantee the observation of quality, environmental, and safety systems, norms, policies and regulations
• Conduct/coordinate technical and administrative training for members of the Maintenance Department

Academic and Experience

Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Automobile / Mechatronics /Electronic with Minimum 10 Years of experience or BE/ B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Automobile / Mechatronics / Electronic with 8 years of experience in related fields:

• Experience of handling technical and manpower staff
• Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial equipment
• Experienced in industrial controls (PLC’s, electricity, etc.)
