HIRING: JR. MANAGER – RECRUITMENT & TRAININGS

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a “Jr. Manager – Recruitment & Trainings”

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Industry: Insurance/Financial Services

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Administration, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Softronic preferred).
  • Familiarity with labor laws, PF, EOBI, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player with problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely position closures.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, hiring trackers, management reports (GMM/MM), and dashboards for decision-making.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Participate in job fairs and coordinate with recruitment agencies when required.
  • Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with departments.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver training programs including technical, soft skills, and compliance trainings.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and coordinate training schedules across departments.
  • Support onboarding programs, orientation sessions, and learning initiatives such as MTO programs.
  • Support smooth onboarding of new hires while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Facilitate learning and engagement initiatives to enhance employee development and retention.
  • Assist in HR operational tasks and any additional assignments given by management.
