Jr. Mechanical Engineer -Special CNC Machines

Role Description: Combines mechanical engineering expertise with CNC programming and manufacturing skills to design, develop, and optimize tool setups, fixtures, and processes for CNC machining operations

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Practicing PLC Software and maintenance ..
• Identifying areas for improvement in the CNC machining process and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. .
• Working closely with other engineers, machinists, and production personnel to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with site engineers and other construction personnel to coordinate operations.
• Developing detailed plans, specifications, and calculations for mechanical and electrical systems using software like AutoCAD and Revit
• Oversee and ensure clean and safe working environments, adhering to protocols.
• Emphasized optimizing production, troubleshooting, CAD/CAM, tooling design, and cross-functional collaboration in high-precision product manufacturing..
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with existing systems, performing repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance plans. .
• Respond to unplanned/emergency work outside of the normal work schedule

Educational Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering

Experience
