Jr. Officer - Revenue, land & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing land leads through broker networks and market references.
• Support in maintaining and coordinating with broker and landowner databases.
• Assist seniors during land visits for site inspection and basic assessments.
• Conduct preliminary market research and data collection for identified locations.
• Support in market mapping, competition analysis, and price benchmarking.
• Assist in preparation of basic feasibility notes and internal reports.
• Coordinate meetings with brokers, landowners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support in maintaining records, MIS, and documentation related to land acquisition.
• Assist in due diligence activities by coordinating with legal, technical, and finance teams.
• Track follow-ups and maintain status reports on active land leads.
• Perform other business development–related tasks as assigned by seniors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
