Position Purpose:
We are looking for a
Jr. Project Manager
to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. Core requirement for this role is expert fluency and communication skills. He/She will be working and communicating closely with your US clientele to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Education & Professional Qualification:

Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in Project management or
Computer sciences field from a reputed local/foreign University.

Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
-
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.

Fluency with English communication is a must & IELTS would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
-
In this role especially when acting as the bridge between a U.S.-based client and the company, proficient English communication is paramount.

Clear and effective communication ensures seamless collaboration, accurate understanding of client expectations, and efficient project execution.

Reviews for team members while providing performance feedback to management.

Collaborating with sales teams in client discovery calls for custom technical projects and assisting in project estimation.

Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance development processes and toolkits.

Building strong relationships with creative teams, project managers, and client stakeholders.

Defining project scope, resource allocation, deadlines, and communication strategies while overseeing testing and maintenance.

Leading and supervising project teams to ensure timely delivery within budget.

Tracking milestones, deliverables, and managing change requests effectively.

Serving as the primary liaison for project updates and ensuring smooth handover of completed products with ongoing performance evaluations
Requirements:

Highly proficient with fluent English communication.

Experience in a scrum master role.

Familiarity with software development.

Proven experience in influencing and facilitating Key discussions.

Ability to work on determining design approach and capability of making estimation and planning.

Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.

Capable of creating functional designs and interpreting technical designs.

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, prioritization).

Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP etc.).

Excellent communication.
-
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.

Scrum master certification is a plus.
