JR. PURCHASE ASSISTANT

Junior Purchase Assistant is responsible for assisting in procurement activities related to fire fighting and mechanical systems, ensuring timely sourcing, negotiation, and supply of materials and equipment as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for firefighting and mechanical items.
• Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand material specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
• Assist in vendor development and maintain supplier relationships.
• Maintain inventory levels and support inventory audits.
• Support in documentation and compliance with company procurement policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in fire fighting or mechanical industries.
• Basic understanding of fire fighting equipment, mechanical components, and technical specifications.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
