Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of raw materials, packaging, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate purchase records.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Monitor stock levels in coordination with inventory and warehouse teams.
- Support the Purchase Manager in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating existing vendors.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Stores, Production) for seamless operations.
- Prepare reports on purchase activities, vendor performance, and cost analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–12 months of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Basic knowledge of purchase processes, vendor management, and inventory coordination.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
