Job Description – Jr. Purchase Executive (Female)

Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 - 20000 PM (Depends on Interview & Experience)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Gender: Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)
• Handle Goods Receipt PO (GRPO) entries
• Maintain purchase records and documentation
• Perform Excel data entry and reporting
• Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of purchase processes & documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
