Jr. Purchase Executive (MEPF)

About the Company:

MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) services and solutions. We specialize in Design-Engineering, SITC Contracts, and Maintenance across diverse domains including Fire Protection, Water Mist, Utility Piping & Plumbing, ELV-IBMS, Security Surveillance, and LT-HT Electrical Turnkey Projects.

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and proactive Purchase Executives with min 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor coordination, and maintaining efficient purchase operations in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials/services as per project needs
• Identify reliable vendors and negotiate best pricing and terms
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
• Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements
• Track and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relations
• Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement
• Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel and documentation in MS Word

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Purchase/Procurement
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Skills:
• Proficient in MS Excel and Tally
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
