Position: Purchase Executive – Fresher

Department: Purchase / Procurement

Qualification:

 Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / Any Graduate)

 Basic knowledge of purchase process preferred

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in day-to-day purchase activities

 Preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) & Purchase Orders (PO)

 Vendor follow-ups for quotations & delivery status

 Maintain purchase records & documentation

 Entry of PO, GRN & invoices in ERP / Excel

 Coordination with stores / warehouse / accounts team

 Support senior purchase team

Skills Required:

 Basic knowledge of procurement process

 MS Excel & ERP basic knowledge

 Good communication & coordination skills

 Hands-on experience in ERP / SAP / Tally

 Knowledge of inventory & stock movement

 Strong Excel & reporting skills

 Negotiation & vendor management skills

Industry Preference:

 Retail / Supermarket / FMCG / Manufacturing
