Jr. Quantity Surveyor- Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on drawings and project specifications.
• Evaluate tender documentation and participate in bid preparation.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with team, suppliers etc. to gather quotations and negotiate rates.
• Certify subcontractor payments and evaluate variations or change orders.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and ensure project compliance.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to optimize cost efficiency.
• Maintain updated cost databases and reporting structures.

Requirements :

• 2- 3 yrs working experience in home country
• Must have a visit visa
• software skill set: AutoCAD, planswift, excel for quantity take offs
• type of projects: commercial, airport runaways, road works
• Must have a driving license in home country
• location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
